current goal

We found Escuela Santa Ana in 2011 in the hills of La Cañada, about an hour from the small city of La Trinidad. The one-room schoolhouse was in complete disrepair when we first encountered it. With the help of volunteers and many generous donations, we were able to completely rebuild the school, which now hosts 25 eager young minds.

We have continued to support Santa Ana throughout the years. In 2015, we installed new floors, doors, and a swing set. During our visit, we delivered backpacks and school supplies for each of the children in the school community and provided lunch at the schoolhouse.

We continue to maintain our relationship with the community and teachers of Santa Ana and stay apprised of their needs as they grow.

Escuela Santiago

Las Lajas, Nicaragua

Toilets, swings, fencing, sidewalk repair, tables and chairs, shelves, repainting, food for lunches.

We discovered Escuela Santiago in 2011 in the hilly farm community of Las Lajas. The school's primary need was assistance with utility payments to keep their doors open. We contributed financial guidance and assistance and provided food for the children's lunches.

Currently, we are raising money to repair the outdoor infrastructure, provide basic classroom furniture, and address their basic needs including (but not limited to) a safe toilet system for the children.
